Bearing housing model overview, common problems and solutions
Bearing seat is mainly divided into the following categories:
1. Split vertical bearing seat: SNL vertical bearing seat, large SNL bearing seat, SDG vertical bearing seat, SONL vertical bearing seat, SAF vertical bearing seat, SDAF vertical bearing seat.
2. integral bearing seat: SBD vertical bearing seat, TVN vertical bearing seat, TN vertical bearing seat
3. Bearing seat with flange: FNL series flange bearing seat, 7225(00) series flange bearing seat, 1-1200(00) bearing seat with flange
According to the different requirements of bearing and bearing seat, the classification of bearing seat is not completely the same
1. Pillow block, also known as bearing unit (SKF), without bearing is called bearing seat. The pillow block is divided into 200 series, 500 series, 300 series, 600 series and X00 series according to the series of bearings.
2. The external pillow block is divided into vertical seat (P seat), shaped seat (F seat), diamond seat (FL seat), circular seat (C seat), boss round seat (FC seat), boss square seat (FS seat), dark hole seat (PA seat), hanging seat (FA seat) according to its shape.
3. Integral (that is, non-separated) vertical bearing seat group seat with screw tight bearing box cover. These vertical bearing sets were originally developed for the axle boxes of light rail trucks, but can also be used with conventional vertical bearing sets. Non-separated vertical bearing blocks are more rigid than separated bearing blocks, and some can bear heavier loads. The outer spherical bearing seat also belongs to the integral seat.
4. Split bearing seat, according to the different bearing selection and shaft requirements, SN2, 5, 3, 6 series, SNL2, SNL5, SD have 2, 5, 3, 6, 3100, 3000, 3200.
Bearing seat turntable structure
Turntable bearing seat is a kind of large and extra-large bearing seat which can accept comprehensive load and has the characteristics of compact structure, sensitive rotation and convenient maintenance. Compared with the ordinary bearing seat, the turntable bearing seat has the following obvious characteristics:
1. Overall size
The diameter is usually 0.4cm~ 10m, up to 40m.
2. High bearing capacity
It can accept axial load, radial load and overturning moment load together.
3. Low rotation speed
The task speed is less than 10r/min, and in a few cases do not do successive rotation, only rotate in a certain Angle, do swing motion.
4. With bearing seat device hole
It can be fastened on the upper and lower supports by screws.
5. No center pivot
The inner ring or outer ring is provided with a rotary drive gear.
6. Install with smooth oil hole and seal
Turntable bearing seat is widely used in hoisting machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, port machinery, ship machinery and high-precision radar and other large rotary installation.
Bearing seat common problems and solutions
Wear problem
Wear as the most common bearing housing problem, bearing housing wear phenomenon often occurs.
Repair method
The traditional method generally adopts machining after surfacing to repair, and surfacing will make the surface of the parts reach a very high temperature, resulting in the deformation of the parts or cracks, through the machine.
The acquired size results in greatly extended downtime. The use of polymer composite materials for on-site repair, neither thermal influence, repair thickness is not limited, the wear resistance of the product and the metal material does not have the concession, to ensure that the repair parts of the 100 percent contact fit, reduce the impact vibration of equipment, avoid the possibility of wear. In situ repair, avoid machining method.
Repair process:
1. Surface treatment, the bearing seat surface will need to be repaired to remove oil and moisture;
2. Blending repair materials;
3. Apply the material evenly on the repair part of the bearing seat and fill it firmly;
4. Wait for the material to cure, and properly heat the surface of the material to accelerate the material curing.
General bearing wear can be repaired in 3-6 hours, the operation is simple and easy to learn, no special equipment and special training, compared with laser welding, cold welding and other technologies save time and effort, the cost is only 1/5-1/10 of the general repair cost, on-site repair is to reduce the equipment maintenance time and transportation costs.
