Application

The selection of bearings for high-speed motors is a key issue. Generally, there are four types of magnetic suspension, air bearings, sliding mechanical bearings, and ball mechanical bearings that can be selected. Magnetic suspension bearings are used in high power applications, and air bearings are used in small power and size applications. Mechanical bearings often require oil lubrication and are limited in many oil-free applications.
